The paper describes a test and an activity conducted to check convincingly whether there is gender discrimination amongst bank employees and to demonstrate how randomization techniques can help determine whether there difference between proportions is statistically significant in a given case. This study used Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait to complete research on the effects of the global economic crisis on the financial performance of conventional banks in Kuwait over the period from 2000-2015.
