When I show an ordinary box to someone and ask her the question what do you see. I may get the simple answer it’s a box. But if you show me the same box and ask the same query, I would say I see a canvas. A material I could use to express my ideas and share to the world in the future. I would often define myself as a visionary who likes to see pass the status quo in society. I feel that the world has more to offer than what are currently seen in society. I believe in the ...

Discussion and Responses
My research indicates the most prized Confucian virtues of Ren, Li, Shu, Xiao, and Wen are social virtues. The notion of sincerity, unlike our Western translation, means to choose naturally what is correct for society. (Molloy, 2010) This being said, Ess states that the Ubuntu project illustrates the emphasis on “community well-being” from the view of this religion, which is much different than our Western individualistic perspective. (Ess, 2009, p. 79)
RESPONSE: There is an evident truth to sincerity. I would like to add that apart from sincerity as a social virtue, I believe there is nothing more ...

In a private practice setting, systems theory terminology can be used to illustrate the process by which patients are treated, particularly in terms of organizing of scheduled appointments. One of the biggest problems in my current practice with the appointment-setting system is that the existing software is incredibly antiquated. This leads to many different inefficiencies, ranging from miscommunicated details about the patient’s condition to trouble with the actual scheduling of appointments themselves. Given this information, I would address the problem using systems theory to devise a more effective appointment-scheduling system. The desired outcome for the new system would be one ...

Learning is key to human development and behavior. Behavioral psychology is one of the methods for understanding how learning develops and the understanding of individuals. Learning is a modification of behaviors due to consistent practice and requires the interaction of behavior and environment to yield changes.
