Position on Animal Rights
In as much as PETA argues that all animals feel pain, pleasure, fear, loneliness, frustration and even motherly love, and that they all have rights, I think these rights should only go up to a reasonable extent. Like in a case where nature offers a promising upcoming generation of a particular specie, I think its ethical to use such species for food, clothing, entertainment or any other use that benefits mankind, because that specific specie will still be with us. Human rights come before animal rights.
