Abstract
The paper is focused on the six leadership styles according to the concept of Daniel Goleman. The advantages and disadvantages of each style are discussed. The main idea is that all Leadership styles have some valuable instruments and elements, and it is due to the skill of the manager to use them properly. In order to develop such skills it is necessary to look closely at each leadership style. These six styles are: Visionary, Coaching, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting, and Commanding.
