The experiences I have had in my life have taught me important virtues that have not only given me more strength and vigor to pursue my dreams but also to cherish and respect the family unit and those who live around us irrespective of their socio-economic status. On a personal and professional note I’m a passionate individual with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude towards academic research, project management and community based programs and take great pleasure in volunteer programs with the aim of improving situations as they are. Involving and interacting with pertinent issues that affect the well being of communities and ones that pose great challenges to the existence of human beings have enabled me to take a more positive and pragmatic approach to life. I have in turn become a more flexible and determined personality who views challenges and problems as opportunities to make a difference (Yammarino, 2002).

Why I Want to Join Pharmacy School Personal Statement
I have for a long time been interested in drugs and their interactions. As a child, I remember my younger brother being allergic to crustaceans. This meant that I would always go to the drugstore to purchase anti-allergy drugs which would bring him relief. His allergy resulted in severe physical symptoms like: swollen face; difficult breathing due to reactions in his respiratory tract; and rashes all over his body. It always amazed me and my brother how the medicine seemed to work like magic and this aroused my curiosity about how it worked. This inspired me to take Biology at the University.
Personal Statement on Continuous Improvement Plan
My Main Goal
It is important to establish a time frame in which I am working: within the next five years, my main goal is to become an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), preferably in the field of geriatric care. Within that role, I would like to see myself becoming more acutely involved with the diagnosis of common illnesses, as well as immunizations, physical examinations and also the management of long-term conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

Education Management Personal Statement
It was during my school when I realized that my English language teacher was far from ordinary ones, she was a real talent, a person who does not only teach, but a person who explains all the nuts and bolts of the language. First and foremost, she gave me a very strong background, based on grammar and lexicology; and later her main goal was to teach me how to ‘feel’ the language – intonation, emphasis and subtext. Due to her methodology I have become a person I am now with a strong desire to teach. Moreover, she taught me that it is essential to ‘dive’ into what you are doing to be able to reach success in the learning process.
My Future Career in Business Personal Statement
I would like to re-enrol at MBA this year as I am dedicated to my studies and my future career in business. I failed my year due to unforeseen health circumstances, which are now vastly elevated.
I failed the course as I didn’t do well in the exam, due to ill health on my part. Specifically, I had a medical problem causing deafness in one of my ears. This condition resulted in my having frequent headaches, and I was unable to hear clearly; these symptoms interfered severely with my studies and I found it impossible to properly concentrate on my exam. I have submitted a medical certificate to validate these details.
International Studies Personal Statement
The dominant reason behind why I’ve decided to undertake an MA in International Studies is because I see that the world is ceasing to be a localised experience for the bulk of its populous and is, instead, a global municipal which requires a unique set of skills and knowledge than has previously not been needed. My life’s goal is to try and make a difference in the world but, in order to be truly effective in this pursuit, I must first fully understand what the world needs and how best to meet those needs. Whilst studying for my undergraduate degree, I focused my studies on race, culture, human relations and human rights and I hope to further enhance my comprehension of these through the completion of an MA in International Studies.
Child Development – Developmental Psychology Personal Statement
My fascination with childhood development has grown out of my on-going studies in the area of psychology. Due to be graduating from the University of Athens this summer, having completed my studies in Psychology from the department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology, I am keen to continue my studies by undertaking a MSc in Developmental Psychology. To me, it seems like a natural choice as I enjoy working with children and find my experiences with them to have been amongst the most rewarding of my life. I have also successfully completed a number of courses at The Institute of Behaviour Research and Therapy including Acquaintance Course in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Acquaintance Course in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy of Children and Adolescence. Through these courses, my interest in developmental psychology grew exponentially and I feel that the choice of these courses also demonstrates my commitment to this subject.
