Introduction
Human-computer interaction (HCI) is a field that seeks to understand how people use computers about the various user interfaces available. Most human-computer interactions use a graphical user interface. However, other interactions make use of speech, sound, touch and command line interfaces (Nielsen, 2003). A principal function of HCI is to understand user satisfaction from using a computer using the corresponding interface (Nielsen, 2003).
