I conducted an interview on the benefits and effects of EHRs in healthcare settings. I determined that the organization uses the CERNER EHR system in almost all its departments. This HIT is common to almost all healthcare organizations. CERNER offers a series of tools and features ideal for meeting federal regulations and daily workflows concerning patient health records.
