CAREERS IN HUMAN SERVICESIn the “Helping those in need: Human service workers” the Occupational Outlook Quarterly (2011) defines Human Services as the provision of “a variety of services aimed at improving clients’ lives” (23). Consequently, Human Services encompass different approaches depending on the nature of a particular problem and the services required in solving said problem. Evidently, it is impossible to cover all the careers that qualify and fit the characteristics of human services.
