This seeks t review the Enron’s code of ethics. In the process it assesses the company’s implicit and written code of ethics by comparing it to the APA and SHRM codes of ethics. From the comparison, the paper will seek to reveal inconsistencies in Enron’s code of ethics that are likely to lead to ethical violations. After revealing the inconsistencies, the paper will seek to make important recommendations based on scholarly justification.
