I have learnt that there is need to always communicate when a terrorism event or a natural disaster occurs. This is because the organizational members and the public at large have the right to be informed on the status of the crisis and to know what the disaster team is doing about the disaster, which has occurred. When a crisis occurs, people normally get confused while others begin to fear for their lives and so they need an assurance that everything is under control.
