Management’s Role in Implementation of Code The idea behind feedback is that management needs to develop employees who are aware of the expectations from them. The employees that fall behind in terms of their understanding of the code should be re-trained. Finally, management should get all employees to sign an agreement where they agree to abide by the guidelines (The State of Queensland).
